Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Head of Administration is responsible for the financial, administrative and accounting control of the organization, watching over the correct financial management. His mission is to manage and supervise the financial resources of the organization, to develop the company activity in the best conditions of cost, liquidity, profitability and security. He organizes and carries out the administration, the personnel management, the financial economic operations and the information and advice to clients on our established internal rules and the current legislation.

Marketing and Business Development

Our Marketing and Business Development department works closely with Sales in generating new business and implements customer relationship management functions to track and predict what customers want in their industry. It connects customers to the product with hard data as well as qualitative information that can help their designers differentiate from those of a competitor. It is responsible for the necessary research to identify our customers’ needs and sets prices for products that recoup development and promotional costs while generating revenue for the company

Graphics Design and Content Development

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Head of Graphic design, creative and content development is responsible to help you communicate your message through images, words and sound thereby collaborating with you as a partner. Your project becomes our project. We want to be your Design Department. We will never tell you what you need; instead we will work with you to determine what direction is best to help you achieve your goals. Our Department of Advertising and Graphic Design is The Museum of Modern Art’s in-house design studio.

Operations Department

Under the supervision of the Head of Marketing and Business Development, the Operations Manager is responsible of a vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of a business run smoothly. They are responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that the company of employment runs to its maximum productivity. The main responsibilities of the Operations Department include handling the logistics. Installation and maintenance of all media tools of the organization, preparing budgets and inventories, and overseeing the supervision of Client’s Media Brands.
